Parking exemptions available for overnight on-street parking

The Town of Newmarket has a 3-hour parking limit by-law in effect across town all year long. In the warmer months (April 16 to October 31) you can purchase online parking exemption permits to park on the street overnight for up to 15 nights per calendar year, per vehicle.

As a reminder, vehicles cannot park within two feet of a driveway or laneway; within 10 feet of a fire hydrant or on any boulevard that causes obstruction to a sidewalk or pedestrian walkway. Learn more
