Annual watermain cleaning work in Newmarket begins

Newmarket’s annual watermain cleaning program aims to continue providing safe, high-quality water to residents. This season's work will focus on uni-directional flushing (UDF) where the watermains are cleaned by flushing sequences of water from one fire hydrant to another. The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting on June 3. Learn more
