Councillor Kelly Broome: ACT FAST- Summer Camp Registration Almost Full

Summer Camp registration opened this week. Camps will be much smaller in scale this year as we work to accommodate provincial regulations around capacity limits, cohorts, space requirements, and cleaning protocols.

We will be offering just over 2,000 camp spots over the course of the summer (in a typical summer we offer over 10,000). Within the first minute of registration opening, there were 143 registrations completed. To date, just over 70% of all available spaces have been filled. We will also offer playground drop-in programs (Kids on the Move) in a variety of locations over the summer. More details on that program will be included in future updates.
