Special Council Meeting (Electronic) - Mulock Property Public Engagement Summary and Design Themes

When: Monday, May 25 at 2 p.m.

Where: Streamed live online at newmarket.ca/meetings as the Municipal Offices are closed to the public. This meeting will also be recorded and archived online. The agenda for this meeting will be available online by Friday, May 22.

Individuals that wish to make a live deputation (through video conferencing or phone call) in relation to an item on the agenda will need to notify clerks@newmarket.ca by 12 p.m. on Friday, May 22.

Individuals who wish to submit comments in relation to an item listed on the agenda may submit their feedback in writing to clerks@newmarket.ca. All comments must be received no later than 2 hours prior to the start of the meeting. All written comments will be read aloud by the Mayor during the meeting and will form part of the public record.
